καὶ πᾶν κτίσμα ὃ ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ 

And every creature which is in the heaven 

Then I heard every creature in heaven

καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς 

and upon the earth 

and on earth 

καὶ ὑποκάτω τῆς γῆς 

and underneath the earth 

and under the earth 

καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς θαλάσσης 

and upon the sea 

and in the sea, 

καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτοῖς πάντα ἤκουσα λέγοντας,

and in them everything I hear saying,

and all that is in them, saying,

Τῷ καθημένῳ ἐπὶ τῷ θρόνῳ καὶ τῷ ἀρνίῳ

To the one sitting on the throne and to the lamb

“To the one seated on the throne and to the Lamb

ἡ εὐλογία καὶ ἡ τιμὴ καὶ ἡ δόξα καὶ τὸ κράτος

the blessing and the honor and the glory and the might

be praise and honor and glory and might

εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων.

into the eons of the eons

for all time!

Μετὰ ταῦτα εἶδον, καὶ ἰδοὺ ὄχλος πολύς, 

After these things I looked, and behold a multitude great,

After this I looked, and behold, a vast multitude

ὃν ἀριθμῆσαι αὐτὸν οὐδεὶς ἐδύνατο,

which to number it no one was able,

that no one could count, 

ἐκ παντὸς ἔθνους καὶ φυλῶν καὶ λαῶν καὶ γλωσσῶν 

out of every nation and tribes and and peoples and tongues

people from every nation, tribe, cultural group, and language, 

ἑστῶτες ἐνώπιον τοῦ θρόνου καὶ ἐνώπιον τοῦ ἀρνίου 

standing before the throne and before the lamb

standing before the throne and before the Lamb,

περιβεβλημένους στολὰς λευκὰς 

having been clothed with robes white 

dressed in white robes,

καὶ φοίνικες ἐν ταῖς χερσὶν αὐτῶν,

and palm branches in the hands of them,

with palm branches in their hands,

καὶ κράζουσιν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ λέγοντες,

and they were crying out in a voice loud saying,

and they cried out in a loud voice, saying,

Ἡ σωτηρία τῷ θεῷ ἡμῶν τῷ καθημένῳ ἐπὶ τῷ θρόνῳ 

Salvation to the God of us the one sitting on the throne

“Salvation belongs to our God who is seated on the throne

καὶ τῷ ἀρνίῳ.

and to the lamb.

and to the Lamb!”

Revelation 15:2-4 (UBS5/Interlinear/Mounce)

Καὶ εἶδον ὡς θάλασσαν ὑαλίνην μεμιγμένην πυρὶ 

And I saw something that looked like glass mingled with fire

And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mixed with fire, 

καὶ τοὺς νικῶντας ἐκ τοῦ θηρίου 

and those conquering over the beast

and those who had conquered the beast

καὶ ἐκ τῆς εἰκόνος αὐτοῦ 

and of the image of it

and his image

καὶ ἐκ τοῦ ἀριθμοῦ τοῦ ὀνόματος αὐτοῦ

and over the number of the name of it

and the number of his name. 

ἑστῶτας ἐπὶ τὴν θάλασσαν τὴν ὑαλίνην ἔχοντας κιθάρας τοῦ θεοῦ.

Standing upon the sea of the glass having harps of God.

They were standing beside the sea of glass with harps given them by God.

καὶ ᾄδουσιν τὴν ᾠδὴν Μωϋσέως τοῦ δούλου τοῦ θεοῦ 

and they are singing the song of Moses the servant of God

and they sing the song of Moses the servant of God

καὶ τὴν ᾠδὴν τοῦ ἀρνίου λέγοντες,

and the song of the lamb saying

and the song of the Lamb, saying,

Μεγάλα καὶ θαυμαστὰ τὰ ἔργα σου,

Great and wonderful are the words of you,

“Great and marvelous are your deeds, 

κύριε ὁ θεὸς ὁ παντοκράτωρ

Lord the God the almighty

O Lord God Almighty!

δίκαιαι καὶ ἀληθιναὶ αἱ ὁδοί σου,

Righteous and true are ways of you,

Just and true are your ways,

ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν ἐθνῶν

O King of the nations

O King of the nations!

τίς οὐ μὴ φοβηθῇ, κύριε,

Who no not should fear you, O Lord

Who will not fear you, O Lord, 

καὶ δοξάσει τὸ ὄνομά σου;

and will glorify the name of you?

and glorify your name?

ὅτι μόνος ὅσιος,

For you alone are holy,

For you alone are holy,

ὅτι πάντα τὰ ἔθνη ἥξουσιν καὶ προσκυνήσουσιν ἐνώπιόν σου,

for all the nations will come and worship before you,

for all nations will come and worship before you, 

ὅτι τὰ δικαιώματά σου ἐφανερώθησαν.

because the righteous acts of you have been revealed

for your righteous acts have been revealed.”

Μετὰ ταῦτα ἤκουσα ὡς φωνὴν μεγάλην

And after these things I heard something like a voice loud

After this I heard what sounded like the roar 

ὄχλου πολλοῦ ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ  λεγόντων,

of a great multitude in the Heaven crying out,

of a great throng in heaven, saying, 

Ἁλληλουϊά ἡ σωτηρία καὶ ἡ δόξα καὶ ἡ δύναμις τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν,

Alleluia! The salvation and the glory and the power to the God of us,

“Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,

ὅτι ἀληθιναὶ καὶ δίκαιαι αἱ κρίσεις αὐτοῦ

for true and righteous are the judgements of Him

because true and just are his judgments. 

ὅτι ἔκρινεν τὴν πόρνην τὴν μεγάλην

Because he has judged the prostitute the great

For he has judged the great prostitute 

ἥτις ἔφθειρεν τὴν γῆν ἐν τῇ πορνείᾳ αὐτῆς,

who has corrupted the earth with the sexual immorality of her,

who corrupted the earth with her immorality, 

καὶ ἐξεδίκησεν τὸ αἷμα τῶν δούλων αὐτοῦ

and he has avenged the blood of the servants of Him

and has avenged the blood of his servants

ἐκ χειρὸς αὐτῆς.

out of the hand of her.

shed by her hand.”

καὶ δεύτερον εἴρηκαν, Ἁλληλουϊά

And a second time they said, Allelueia!

Then again they cried out, “Hallelujah!

καὶ ὁ καπνὸς αὐτῆς ἀναβαίνει εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων.

And the smoke of her goes up to the ages of the ages.

The smoke from her burning rises for all time!”

καὶ ὡς φωνὴν ὑδάτων πολλῶν

and like the sound of waters many 

It was like the roar of many waters,

καὶ ὡς φωνὴν βροντῶν ἰσχυρῶν, λεγόντων 

And like the sound of thunders mighty, saying 

like the sound of crashing thunder—crying out, 

Ἁλληλουιά, ὅτι ἐβασίλευσεν Κύριος, ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν, ὁ παντοκράτωρ.

Alleluia, for has reigned the Lord, the God of us, the almighty

“Hallelujah! For the Lord our God the Almighty reigns!
